    This introductory session will be an intake and inventory of where you are and where you want to be as a leader.

    This will be a deep dive into what makes you tick. We will evaluate your strengths, personality and experiences that have created the leader that you are. We will conduct and debrief an in-depth strengths assessment.

    Define Your Leadership Philosophy

    This will be an investigation into your values and beliefs as a leader. We will determine how your values drive you and the dominant value that will be foundational to your leadership approach.

    We will identify the “thought saboteurs” that create negative thought patterns which impede your ability to lead effectively.

    During this session, we will envision your perfect team. Conversations will be around the kinds of relationships that you wish to cultivate within your organization.

    Communication

    We will investigate your communication style as well as the communication style of others. We will use this session to begin creating structures that will be foundational to developing a defined culture for your team.

  • Session Seven

    Time Management

    We will discuss and discover the time management techniques that will be integral to running your operation.

  • Session Eight

    Program Review

    We will comprehensively review your coaching journey and measure your progress to determine how to continue supporting you.
