Frequently Asked Questions..

How do you conduct coaching sessions?

Each coaching session is a four step process where I partner with you to...

1. Determine what you want to accomplish or an area of performance you are struggling with.

2. Identify your values and strengths as well as your particular limiting beliefs or thoughts that are holding you back or are barriers to your own performance.

3. Analyze your own subconscious and conscious thoughts which produce particular feelings, actions and results in your life and determine new thoughts, feelings and actions that will serve you.

4. Move the session towards forward action and performance improvement where you will gain clarity and feel motivated to take action steps that will most effectively lead to optimal results.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

A coach will focus on performance improvement, development and forward movement rather than focusing on deep-seeded emotional issues and past trauma. A coach will not strive to “fix” a client. Instead, they will help the client visualize possibilities, navigate obstacles and develop strategies towards achieving their goals.

How is coaching different than advising?

A coach will use active listening, intuition and open-ended questioning to empower the client in discovering their own answers and help guide a client from where they are to where they want to be.
