Meet Susan
Susan Sotnick is certified as a professional life and career coach through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership with a Talent Development specialization from Lewis University. She is also internationally accredited with the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC.) In addition, she is a Nationally Certified American Sign Language Interpreter and trainer with over 17 years experience.
Throughout her years in the interpreting profession, her passion for professional development was born. She began by working in the collegiate level mentoring and coaching new interpreters to stop criticizing themselves and start leveraging their strengths to bring their career performance to the next level. Through her educational track in Organizational Leadership, she was able to combine talent management, mindset, and strategy to inspire others towards pursuing their professional goals.
Susan understands that leadership requires mental fitness, determination and resilience. She has coached numerous clients to develop a confident and clear mindset so they can eliminate the negative thoughts that hold them back and create new thoughts that move them forward as a leader.
